About Us
Over the last 25 years
Martine climbed some of the highest levels in her sport of track and field. With national and international recognition, Martine learned early on how to build strong personal and professional foundations. Her ability to embrace life and capture every moment of it encouraged her to pursue her bachelor's in Psychology and her MA in counseling, and help thousands of people lose weight while working on their overall well-being.
In 2020, she built Captivate My Day to reflect how she enthusiastically sees and interacts with life. As the Founder and CEO, Martine’s vision continues to expand. She believes every employee should have the opportunity to experience what it is like to have more enthusiastic days in their personal and professional lives.
