Although a definite YES would be ideal, most restaurateurs attempt their best to make that a reality.

Each guest has their own “wish list” when it comes to entering a restaurant of their choice. Some want to
* receive great food
* spend quality time with whoever is accompanying them
* check something new
* build new relationships

At times however, some restaurant owners seem unable to distinguish between one guest’s “wish list” from another.

Because of the constant “busyness” of a restaurateur’s life, their mind has to be as sharp as it can be.

However, many restaurant get lost in defining their guests’ vision but also, their own vision.

As time changed, restaurateurs continue to want the best for their guests. However, a challenge remains, the difficulty to understand their own self-imposed limitations when it comes to making those visions a reality.

* each guest has plenty of specific needs and desires.
* they often want to please everyone
* of an increase in the amount of how service and hospitality can now be delivered.

When working with restaurant owners, it is important to help them find common grounds with their guests, team members, vendors, investors, and others.
